Staff is good & personable.

Buffet menu(veg) is inadequate & not very palatable. Mattresses should be changed as they have lost their firmness.

The hotel is good stay for the value and location. The staff are very good. Housekeeping staff Nandi, restaurent staff in bar - Koti and in coffee shop were very good. Will come back because of the pleasent welcome at reception by Krishna Reddy and staff at hotel.
