How cheap I got the room.

The fact I was booking online and saving money that way, the owners had the audacity to try and tell me that I couldn't do it that way anymore bc they didn't make any money off of it. That isn't my problem. If I can get the room for $45/NIGHT because of the rewards I EARNED and you don't make a very good commission on it; THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO TRY AND SWINDLE $60+/NIGHT OUT OF ME! JUST BECAUSE YOU OWN THE PLACE DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO TREAT ME WITH DISRESPECT OR TO TELL ME IM NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY BOOKING ONLINE. Once I told them that that was some bullsh#t and I wasn't about to be staying there anymore if they were going to trying and ROB me. They are constantly trying to make you feel like crap for anything. They steadily try to keep your deposit for non probable causes. I don't know what to say other than that I think I would have been better off staying in my car then to have to put up with the owners of this place. I was also informed by another employee that if I book online, they were supposed to remove the taxes that booking.com apples to the reservation, once I get to the property and pay there. The owners didn't honor this once. The employee did. Needless to say that I have been f*cked over and robbed for SO MUCH money by these people it has me fuming. I will be contacting the BBB.

This place is like bandaid on a bullet wound. Not too many things are put together very well. It needs some serious handyman help.

The lady at the front refused to give me my deposit because I had soap on a towel that she could have washed and then she threw them all over the floor, took pictures and said that we didn’t clean anything
