"Great location in the centre of Tralee"

Lovely building in a good location next to the Cathedral. Helpful staff and good restaurant.

Parking was a bit challenging in a public car park next to the hotel but the hotel made us we aware of that before we arrived.

Friendly and helpful staff and great location. Loved the decor of the foyer and enjoyed the bar. Our room was very quiet.

Bathroom needed a bit of TLC and room smelt slightly of stale smoke.

"Short stay for a conference"

Great location. Nice bed. Spacious roim and bathroim. Excellent shower.

Check-in after pre-check in online the week before. Appliances missing - a wire hanging out the wall where the night lamp should have been. Wifi password missing from the room.
