We hosted my mom’s 85th birthday celebration at Benners Hotel, and they did a fantastic job. The cozy cafe was the perfect setting for our group, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. They even set up a private bar just for us, which was a wonderful touch. The passed hors d’oeuvres were absolutely delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The staff were attentive and accommodating throughout the evening, and they thoughtfully packed up all of our leftovers for us to take home. Thank you to everyone at Benners for helping make such a special family celebration even more memorable. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great venue for a private event.

The hotel was lovely. Walked around and couldn't believe all the hidden gems from the many snugs to the pizza oven hidden away down the back. The food was so lovely. From the front of house staff to the bar staff. They were all so friendly. When we arrived a lovely lady. Think she was called Eleanor. The next 2 days there was a lovely young man called Darcy who couldn't do enough. There was a wonderful man in bar called Peter who couldn't do enough for us. We were in tralee for a wedding in another hotel so didn't get to see tralee so will definitely be back here. The house keeping staff need a big mention. Nothing was to much. Over all a wonderful stay.

Good location

Socket sets, and wall tiles not cleaned. I forgot to adjust the numbers of people who were meant to use the double room as myself and my husband, so l requested a few days before and they responded later on the actual date to say the second person should top up €50. So, l ended up leaving my husband behind at home. When l arrived I informed the receptionist around 1pm that l am taking the room alone, and there was no early check in. I checked in later around 10pm after the event that l had travelled to attend. I came along my two cousins who lived in Tralee town as l was meant to drop the bag, and go to another After Party Venue. While l was 5min in the room the receptionist started calling me, ordering me to leave the room. This is so because the main morning receptionist had left a note that an extra guest was supposed to pay €50, regardless of being informed that l was now taking the room alone without my husband whom l had left behind in another city. I didn’t feel at home at this hotel.
