"Customer service at it's Very Best"

The staff were Amazing, reception,night porter,bar, breakfast staff were all fantastic, friendly, courteous and had the great old fashioned Irish customer service at it's very Best. Food in the bar looked, smelled and tasted wonderful.Hot and tasty, great Big portions.Breakfadt was equally very Good and the staff were really friendly.

"Pleasant stay"

Lovely staff, food at dinner was good, and best thing about the hotel were numerous and interesting public areas. Rooms were clean except for carpets which were stained in areas.. Overall good value for money

The rooms need updating, Breakfast was basic with very little variety and items like scrambled eggs ended up being overcooked. However on the plus side they did cook me a fresh egg when I asked.

"Very noisey, couldnt sleep, poor breakfast."

Cheap

The noise was terrible. I could hear Banging and shouting from our room at 3am to 5am and called down to reception and they explained it was from lobby. I got no sleep. Breakfast was very poor.

Gute zentrale Lage. Dem Hotel ist ein gutes Restaurant angeschlossen. Die Lobby ist gemütlich und einladend, die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, aber haben uns nicht so überzeugt.

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht abgeholt, es fehlten Aufschnitte.
