Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour

The location was great and the staff were very accommodating whem we needed a late checkout because our specialist appointment ran longer than expected.

The building was too warm for our liking, not just our room, the hallways and all.

Excellent location.

Only coffee machine in room no tea, coffee or mugs.

They did not offer a breakfast We booked because of restaurant on premise but they do not have one

Air conditioning instead of a small dirty table fan

*The front desk staff were friendly *A pool for the kids (albeit very small) *Walking distance to everything we wanted- very helpful!

*our room was not made up in between our two nights, garbage can (only one in the room) not emptied etc. *no new linen and we had 2 kiddos with us *stains on the lamp shades, towel rack falling off the bathroom wall so the clean towels fell off and onto the floor. A bit run down. *They shouldn't charge quests for parking, unless there is a second care etc. *The rooms were tidy but not overly clean IE: ledges, edges, corners *There is no where for a parent to sit at the poolside to watch the kids, as shown in pictures of the Hotel website. * On the expensive side for what you actually get. The location is the saving grace.

Location, staff were friendly

Pool had not been working for at least two weeks, with no advisement beforehand. Web site states restaurant on site, however this is untrue. Restaurant is closed and for sale. Apparently a discount was available at Cora restaurant down the block but we and others were not informed. Had we known the pool was down we would have rebooked somewhere else. Very disappointed

Great central location to everything.
