Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour

The parking area is very safe,The staff are approachable and its quiet and clean.

The property is in an excellent location, convenient to everything. The dedication of the housekeeping staff is evident, as the entire place is exceptionally clean.

The man who checked us in was very rude and showed no customer service skills. The beds and TVs are outdated and need upgrading, the elevator and parking garage gate are both extremely slow, and while the property advertises a pool, it was actually out of service.

Pool being closed was unfortunate. Shampoo had almonds in it, so was not usable by those with allergies to nuts. The beds were ok, but far worse than most hotels in this price range.

Bed bugs in our room and now in our house. Do not book.

Good location and perfectly serviceable for a much lower cost than most hotels near downtown.

Room was clean and hotel close to everything. There was a government strike and protesters outside our room window. Constant noise with music and car honking from 8am to 5pm. Too many homeless in the area with feces and garbage on the sidewalk near the hotel. Pool was also not open
