The breakfast did not rotate at all. Could use another toaster. Hard butter for your toast and waffles. Would ask for something from front desk, and they would say that they would have to find someone to do that, which never happened within the half hour.

Found a roach in the bathroom the morning we were checking out. The rug was already quite dirty, but we overlooked it since it was just a one-night stay. However, finding a roach was unacceptable. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, but they dismissed my concern, insisting it was a “different type of bug” without even looking at the photos I took. It was absolutely a roach. Hotels have a responsibility to provide clean, safe, and habitable accommodations, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. Very disappointed with both the cleanliness and the way the staff handled the situation.

Front staff was nice and helpful.

Room was dirty, chips on the floor and pillow covers were dirty. The whole facility had dirty floors and seemed like they hadn't been cleened in weeks. Breakfast was alright, but not many options.

The elevator was so filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever.

Great location, rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Loved that hotel was right on the river.

Breakfast could have been better...more of a selection would have been nice
