Ashley Court Hotel

The staff are very friendly and welcoming couldn't wish more from the reception staff and the house keeping staff, they are 5 star.The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Nothing not to like about the hotel.

This was originally the Best Western and we stayed here last year. There was no one in reception and we waited for ages, the room was musty, mouldy and the beds were rock hard. The shower leaked all over the floor. When we arrived again we were shocked that this renamed hotel was the one we were at before and we were so disappointed, that we left. There was no parking anyway.

I liked the closeness of all the local shops and town and the amazing countryside views. Big tick from me on the part

The air conditioning was not cold enough and you couldn’t change the temperature below 19, the room I was I had to take out the air filter and wash it because it was absolutely disgusting, and full of dust and fluff, also there is no food option which is a little disappointing. I feel the grounds could do with a little or a lot of attention, there’s a big smelly skip round the back and it generally looks a little run down.
