Good location, polite welcome, Clean.

Booked larger exsec room, got to the room to find it was a standard double, called reception for them to say sorry we will change room. Only to be placed in a smaller double room not exsec room. Should be 267sqft. But was only 200sqft. No large room and still wanted to charge me for it. Arrive down the next morning ar 6:45 to find no reception staff on, rang bell and called out no answer. Only to find him on the lounge floor asleep snoring his head off. Would bot wake up when called. Had to pull custion to wake him up.
