This hotel has truly redefined hospitality: centrally controlled heating, air conditioning completely disabled, and guests treated like vegetables in cold storage. The owner seems more concerned about the electricity bill than basic human comfort. Their response was even more impressive — “if we turn on the heating at 18°C, people may complain it’s too hot.” So instead, everyone just has to freeze. Problem solved. Absolute genius.

It was free parking

There was no food offered which wasn’t updated on the website, i had to download a delivery app to have it delivered, where I then had to eat it in my room!! I was also going to be put into an annexe location not attached to the main building which I refused as I was a female guest on her own and would have felt uncomfortable & very vulnerable
