"Worse hotel experience"

They checked me into a room someone was already in. Room was dirty and very outdated, fresh paint doesn’t hide how outdated everything is. Water was warm at best and bathroom was beyond gross. Stay clear.

"We have stayed at this property a few times and were always pleased...but not this last time"

Location is good, the breakfast and restaurant staff were great. Nice casino areas and friendly staff.

Our first morning we found that the in-room coffee maker/pot didn't work 😑 We talked with front desk who said they would tell the staff. Day two still no pot, we mentioned again. Final morning STILL no pot. Not happy. The staff at the front desk seemed very stressed during our stay. The hotel was sold out, good for you, not so good for staff and guests.

This was an overnight only stop for us. Whilst the room was clean, fresh and comfortable, it is an older property and outside of the room smells like smoke probably as it's attached to a small casino. Didn't bother us as the actual room did not smell of smoke. Diner attached to the property had nice meals including our breakfast. Room was very clean.

El personal era muy amable y el desayuno en el restaurante esta rico.

Lo malo fue que la avitacion de 2 camas no es como se muestra en la foto de presentación yo necesitaba un poco mas de espacio y en la descripción decía que tenia una mini sala de estar en la habitación. Pero solo avía una silla y un sillón no era un espacio extra.

Quality Inn was worth the money paid. There is a casino attached to hotel. The rooms are older but remodeled. Free breakfast is a select of 4 options in the restaurant. I had biscuits and gravy which was delicious. You also receive free drinks while gambling.
