Worst hotel we ever visited. Not only was our heating/cooling system not working correctly, but we had no hot water for our three-night stay. It appeared to be a widespread problem. As we checked out, the front desk stated that since we had dealt with a booking site, he could not issue a refund/credit but that we would have to have Expedia contact the hotel, which they did, three times. Surprise- the Model T Hotel did not respond to the call or emails. Have you ever washed your waist length hair in a cold-water shower? Not lukewarm...cold. And we paid full price for this. As I said earlier-Worst hotel ever and we have been on many road trips and stayed in many small towns but never had this many problems.

"Good place to lay your head, and get some rest, but not to get cleaned up in the morning."

The bed and pillows we're very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The shower options were either ice cold or cold with the sense it might be moving towards luke warm. Either way, don't expect on taking a hot, or even a warm shower.

The room we stayed at , was dirty. The counters , bed frames, lamps, phone and coffee machine had a lot of dust (thick layer) . The toilet was dirty inside and out. The Tub was also very dirty…there was no hot water . Disappointed…

"Terrible and horrific would never recommend."

Our room was not cleared bed was not made toilet was gross the door wasn’t even shut. We didn’t even end up staying there and asked for an immediate refund.
