Our rooms were filthy. Shortly after we checked in, people started shouting at each other outside and kept it up so long and so violently that I almost called the police. The people directly upstairs from me were very loud all night -- and I do mean all night. I thought they had stopped at 1:30 a.m., but they came back at 3:30 a.m. and started up all over again.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area was neat, clean and had a variety of options. The towels, bed sheets and pillows looked and smelled clean.

Our room (aside from the beds) was disgusting! It was dusty, the chairs were visibly stained (as were the walls, the bathroom, etc.) and I wore my sneakers the entire time. Our door handle fell off and when they tried to fix it the entire mechanism fell off the door (it was fixed for the night). The towel rack also fell off the wall, the shower knob was not on right so you could not adjust the water and when I tried to use the heater it only blew hot air for about 15 minutes. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL! They did what they could and being that we were only staying one night we did not give them a hard time. None of what occurred during our stay is on them.
