When we complained of the smoke smell In the room, they quickly changed us to another room. We had requested non smoking The inside staff were very friendly and professional, especially the breakfast staff and, housekeeping staff. The location wasn't that great, but the price was right.

The outside maintenance was poor, with overgrown weeds and moss growing on the gutters and deck outside the roof. The butler carts were in very poor conditions.
