The hotel was accessible by metro from central Stockholm line 13-Norsborg, and within 5min walk from the closest metro station. Our late check-in (after 11pm) was facilitated which we appreciated very much. Breakfast had a variety of food options which we enjoyed. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful!

"A hotel for a pleasant stay"

Like any Scandic hotel you find a friendly staff, comfortable beds and fully functional equipment. Location is very quiet when quite a lot of activities are around. Even hotel positioned as a remote one and therefore priced accordingly, it is reachable by the metro very easily. about 20 minutes ride and you are in the very centre.

Nothing which was noticeable.

Das Hotel ist nahe bei der E4 und eine Metro-Station ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Für die Fahrt ins Zentrum nur das Single-Ticket auf der SL-App lösen, keine Tageskarte.

Beim einchecken war das Personal sehr kühl - nicht cool. Der Parkplatz muss extra bezahlt werden, wobei einerseits die Beschilderung sehr schlecht ist und für uns Ausländer schwer verständlich. Das Personal hätte beim einchecken fragen dürfen, ob wir mit einem Auto angereist wären und dann hätten wir des am Desk erledigen können.

Very good location, we arrived on 25.05.2026 around 16 -17, the only inconvenience was the air conditioning in room 317, which could not be turned off, said the receptionist, who was naughty and impudent (I think the Asian employee, her name starting with K.......) answering tendentiously. They don't do that with foreigners even if they come from Romania. Otherwise it was good.
