It's been 10 days and I still haven't received my security deposit back

It is close to the airport and has a free shuttle service to and from the airport. You can also pay per night to leave your vehicle at the hotel instead of parking it elsewhere. The room was clean but the “view” was just trees.

The night we checked in and following morning, the staff were fantastic. But when we landed and needed the shuttle to take us to the hotel, the receptionist was extremely rude. When I called, she put me on hold for over 10 minutes then rushed me off the phone and I had no idea where I was supposed to meet the shuttle. After 30 minutes I called back to make sure he was on the way and double check I was in the right area she said, “Yes, he will be there when he gets there,” and hung up on me. Thankfully the shuttle driver called and we were able to figure out I was not in the correct area even though I was where she told me to go and he helped me find my way. He said he had been waiting for 20 minutes. As long as she’s not the one working, you should have a pleasant experience. But that alone is enough for me to never book at this location again. If you’re going to work in customer service, you can’t show that you hate the customers.

The room was large and comfortable. We were next to the elevator but never heard it running. The hotel appeared to be recently built so everything was fresh and clean.

Difficult to get into and out of the hotel parking lot by car. Additionally having to pay $5 a night for parking seems a bit trivial but I understand the rationale behind it.

The location was great near restaurants and stores. Downtown wasn't far away.

The bathroom had a sewage smell when showering. The breakfast was not up to standard as other country inns I've stayed in. Same Sausage was served 2 days and eggs were terrible. Skipped that the second day breakfast.

Terrible receptionist

Some hideous Indian man at reception Pretended to be on the phone when I asked him to help me carry my bags he then refused to help and didn’t allow any of his staff to help me carry my bag saying that this is not part of the service. He was a disgusting and hideous.
