Pool was down but looked great and looked running through the window! Had people sleeping in the lobby which was awkward. Beds are comfy.

No pool working. Room was not very clean in the bathroom! Stuff on the floor like it hadn’t been swept in months!

The waffles weren't bad at breakfast, and the hot water stayed hot in the shower.

Where to start... Well first we check-in and were informed the pool was closed. We were told it was technically ready for guests but they didn't have the "confirmation email from eco to reopen it yet". We got to our room and there was a puddle of water on the floor, the duvets were both dirty, hair on the bathroom floor and beds, and the window was broken and wouldn't shut all the way so it was freezing in our room. Sticky residue on our bathroom walls, the hallways reeked of weed, and the wifi was out the entire weekend. The second day our key cards just stopped working randomly and thank God there was a person at the front desk to reset them. After that we didn't see a soul in the lobby. Not even at check- out where I was going to bring up all of my issues. To top it all off not only are they located in a super sketchy part of town. A man came in the night we checked in and was $20 short for a room for the night. The man at the desk ended up taking this man's $80 and giving him a room for the ENTIRE weekend. So what I paid $270 this man got for $80. I'm livid. My Nintendo switch also came up missing but they swear they don't have it. I called customer service to ask for a refund and they had to "make a claim" I won't hear back for at least a week. It makes sense now why the front desk person was mia during checkout times. They'd probably be refunding everyone. The place is disgusting 0/10 do not recommend and will never be going back.
