Everything! The pool was closed due to some reason with the health department , the beds look like they are on top of metal trash cans, our door looked like it was busted into and then fixed just enough to work

1. Has bedbug , that cause me a great deal of unnecessary trouble and pain. 2. The shampoo bottle is molded. 3. The toilet seat is very crooked. 4. An ill-fitting, very dirty and old TV

The room rate was extremely high

My stay was a mix. The staff were amazing! Really helpful and so, so sweet! Best staff ever! The price was pretty reasonable and the continental breakfast was quite nice! The internet speeds were great! The hotel smelled lovely, with a gentle, unobtrusive air freshener smell that didn't bother me in the least. Which is rare!. The TV was good sized and the fridge and microwave were very clean. In fact, my room was very clean in general. And the location was very helpful!

I did have problems with my room. I stayed in a handicap accessible room with two full beds. There wasn't adquate space in my room to get my wheelchair to my bedside. I had to get into bed from the foot of the bed, which is difficult. And the shower had no sprayer wand, so bathing was very difficult as well. Additionally, my bed was made of an unsecured metal frame that scooted whenever I tried to get in or out of bed, which wasn't super safe. If the hotel addresses the handicap room problems, future stays there would be absolutely great.
