Was only there for a day. Staff were super friendly and welcoming and that stay met my expectations.

The front desk guy, Chris was very nice and friendly. Gave us information on the area, and catered to our needs.

Very dirty! Broken light switch (safety hazard) wall needed spackle, mold on ceiling in bathroom, the floor made all of our feet black. Very disappointed. Bathtub didn't drain.

Water was shut off when I arrived, had to wait hours to be fixed, hot water was Luke warm the 2 days I stayed

The room we booked was perfect! We came for a staycation and booked the deep soaking tub. It was incredible. Separate living and bed room, 2 sleeper sofas that were actually comfortable, and mini fridge/microwave. It was one of the largest rooms I've stayed in! Way worth it!

Bed frame very creaky! No ventilation, room smelled like sweat. Next to light rail, when it passed, the motel shook like an earthquake. The shower faucet was very hard to turn on. No where on reservation site does it state there is a $100 deposit.

There were only 3 drawers in a 2 double bed room with a few hangers, and we were staying for a week. Also, when we tried to plug in cell phones and a small sound generator on the lamp desk next to the bed, none of the outlets worked.
