SureStay by Best Western Mesa Downtown Area

Our room key did not work the 4 times i tried it. I had to go to the front desk twice and then the clerk had to try it as well. He tried 2 times and it finally worked. Other than the room was nice. The pool was like bath water from what my husband said, not cold at all.

The furniture was messed up. Chairs torn. Tops of furniture re painted badly. Hair in bathtub!

Cool A/C. Good breakfast choices.

Both key cards stopped working and the clerk blamed us for it. The sheets were stained and the comforter was torn

For the price it was ok. There was no room available downstairs and I am handicapped so it was very difficult to manage the stairs. Only complaint.

Not enough room on the lower levels for handicaps.

Clean, convenient location, very friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, good firm beds, and good water pressure in shower, and air conditioning was very good.

Air conditioner worked very well but was a bit noisy. I visited a Quality Inn in the past and the breakfast had much more of a variety. Including fresh scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, and hot cakes.
