Location is central Mesa. Beautiful views

Staff not friendly. Smoking right at the step that leads upstairs. Bad for people allergic to smoke. Property needs an upgrade.

"Worst stay ever!!"

More accommodations when you arrive a little early for an all night drive, you make a request to check in early and they send you away twice. Finally get frustrated with the situation and request for a refund for the room. Front desk wasn't much help at all told us the room wouldn't be available until after 3. Finally get into the room at 2pm to it not being that cleaned. Next time I will stay at different hotel In a different part of town

Shower head is installed low. Maybe ok for someone 4ft tall. But i'm 6ft and it was a struggle. AC worked but incredibly loud. Woke me up all night long. I turned it off but someone was showering late night, repeatedly woke me up to the sound of water rushing in the plumbing/turning on an off. Ear plugs were insufficient to dampen.

"Surrounded by meth users. Tweakers selling stolen goods, stole from me and hotel allowed it."

The room was big and the couch was comfortable. The room smelled fresh when we went inside.

There were burn holes everywhere. Hotel guests that were selling things in a parking spot and stole several items from us at the pool, and workers simply stated there wasn't a camera there.

Building is old, bathtub and bathroom walls are peeling off, pool water is cold. Staff is friendly, great breakfast selections. Breakfast area is very clean.
