Location was nice. Close to the water.

My room wasn't clean, but they quickly got me another room. However, that fridge wasn't turned on and had someone else's things in the freezer. The blinds were not large enough to block the morning sun, and the housekeepers were shouting/talking very loud to each other while I was still trying to sleep.

Tiny bathroom with door that doesn’t lock. Barely enough room to change in private. Tiny beds.

Decent breakfast bar.

Very slow with day to day housekeeping

Overall room and pool were fine, but feel for the price we wouldn’t stay again. Beds are small, pool was small. TV in room didn’t work.

Convenient, clean

Bathroom too small and shower head leaked. Air conditioning did not work well.

It was a nice stay except for the homeless people hanging around the building and some of them coming inside and taking food when the staff were busy.

Our room had no cups glasses, ice bucket. We had a text that said if you need anything let us know via text. I did 24 hours later. They still hadn't answered so I text again and they said if we wanted an ice bucket come down and get one. It appears some people live there. The common area is not well kept. No one was ever at the front desk and even when you called it took a while for them to show up. Workers were generally outside smoking every time we came back. People in the rooms around us were extremely loud the first night and the second day even though I called it didn't change. We were very very disappointed and will not stay here again.

Breakfast wasn’t good. The room worked for a night of stay.

When we got there no one was at the desk to check us in, they had to come from the attached 'market' for that. The 'breakfast' area was not maintained. It was dirty, littered and the staff member was sitting at the bar watching the news on tv. The room was ok but we are glad we weren't staying during the colder weather if the only way to heat the room was with the small, portable heater that was in the room.
