Very hot in the room and at 1am when trying to cool off the ac sounded like a freight train I talked to manager Amy and was told she’d call corporate and get a comp that she’d call me back. Never did

Room's need more cleaning,restrooms where dirty,bed feels dirty..

The hotel was easy to find. It was a quick check in process. My room was freezing when I got in but it adjusted quickly. The advertising is a little misleading. The pool is "down" but if you look at it, it's been empty and unused for a while so they don't really have a pool. Also, there is a room next to the pool that looks to be filled with random things but the windows are papered over. I assume that was the "fitness center" that is advertised. If you are looking for either of those things they aren't actually there. The breakfast was a normal hot hotel style bar.
My husband and I stayed at the Comfort Inn last weekend, and we were deeply diappointed. There was mold on the lamp in the room and the shower curtian. The sheets had yellow stains. Plaster was braking off the wall in the bathroom and the shower hardware had rust. The fan in the bathroom was sqeeky and hardly worked. Even the raisin brand at breakfast was stale. Usually we enjoy Comfort Inns, bit this was not one of those times. At least it was a room.
