"Unknown noise"

Very nice and clean, breakfast was great

Being on the second floor was noisy after midnight, I kept waking up early in the morning because the noise was not from people. Really didn't know what really was not what was causing it, could have been the elevator. Now that I think about the elevator it was next to my room. Other than that everything was great!

Everything is above average except the yogurt machine.

The towels in our room are as tough as rugs - should be replaced.

It was clean and an okay hotel.

The room had old appliances, like the microwaves in the room was rusty and burned and old - not fit to be used in a hotel room. The A/C wasn't functioning well. The breakfast was okay but could be better. The bathroom smelled like marijuana and there was a whole on the ceiling of the bathroom that had tissue wrapped around a pipe or something??? Before the elevator opened to the first floor, I heard the lady at the front desk cussing somebody out on her phone very loudly.

Our jet tub in our room wasn’t working properly, by the time we made it back to our room it took the staff almost 2 hours to try and fix it. The lady at the front desk was really trying to help. She called her manager & he was rude. You could hear him over the phone saying he wasn’t coming back to help fix the issue. They didn’t have another room with a jet tub so we were stuck with the broken one. After, another gentleman came & told my husband for the inconvenience we could get a later checkout time for 1. However the next morning of course he was no longer there & obviously never told the other staff because they had no recollection about the information.
