La persona de recepción se portó muy mal y nunca fueron a limpiar nuestra abitaciones ya q estuvimos x 4 días los baños están muy mal limpios y el tuayero estaba axidado

Room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk employee was friendly when we checked in.

The property is dated. The room (310) also had a strong odor of a gym locker room. We had to open the window to try to get rid of the odor. Our room faced the roadway, and the hotel is next to a Harley-Davidson motorcycle shop, so there was more noise than we liked because we were working from the hotel. The phone in the room was inoperable, so we were unable to call for hospitality to help clean the room. The bed was lopped on one side, and the drapes looked like they needed laundering/replacement. Other employees, we attempted to smile specifically at housekeeping (one with short bright red hair) and were surprised not to be greeted back.

Clean, easy to get to, nice staff, good breakfast.

Horrible. The TV doesn’t work properly (I even recorded it). We had a really loud neighbor from like 1am to 3am. Called the front desk and they said they couldn’t relocate it. That I should just try to block the noise with towels and they would call to tell them to be a little more quiet. Then when I wanted to informed the staff at the front desk, I waited like 5 mins and no one showed up.
