Super 8 by Wyndham Jackson Ridgeland

The place smelled like weed. I had to clean the bath tub and toilet before i could use them. The sheets had dirt and debris in them from where they hadn’t been changed. I had to ask for new sheets and then remake the bed. There was a layer of dust covering the room. The only clean thing was the inside of the refrigerator. The ac was on its last leg. There weren’t very many people there, and it’s very clear why. I paid through expedia. When i got home they had charged the card i had on file for the deposit upon check in for the stay that i had already paid for. Then the clerk accidentally charged my card again while trying to recall the transaction when I called about it.

I did t like that I had to pay double at the hotel in order to get my bed

Room was not very clean, especially baseboards. streaks on refrigerator, bath tub had rust stain

On arrival we were placed in a room that had a broken AC. It also hadn’t been cleaned after the las occupant. The building smells like water damaged carpet and urine. We were then placed in a second room that had zero linens. Beds were not made and no towels in the bath. Also dirty: the third room finally had AC as well as linens, but no shower curtain in the bath. And again, dirty. The worst stay I’ve ever had. There were several occupants along with myself having to fight for the simplest of amenities near midnight.

I have pictures of dirty sheets, burn holes in bedspread,dirty pillows, plaster on curtins, pee on toilet from a man. The 3rd floor and part of seccond floorbspells so bad of pot, i got sick. Wires coming oit of coffee pot cord. Ac does not work. Terrible, we are exhausted that we cant get back on the interstate. Scared to complain to front desk in fear of being messed with. Worst Place i have ever stayed at.

I travel a lot and unfortunately cleanliness is such a problem I bring my own container of antibacterial wipes. Had to wipe down the toilet and around it because of visible stains. Not ok.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the hospital and at a very reasonable price.
