Ramada by Wyndham Quesnel

Booked a room last minute and regretted it. Especially for the price. Pool was filthy, smelt like chlorine and mildew and there were giant dead spiders by the pool.. multiple. Towels in the pool area were all used and in a pile, which probably added to the terrible smell. Our room was humid and dirty and smelt a bit like mold. Burn marks in our blanket and it clearly wasnt even vaccumed as we found a fake nail under the table. The only staff we really spoke to was the man at the front desk and he was incredibly polite and kind but i probably wouldnt stay there ever again.

It needs to be updated completely. The continental breakfast needs to be upgraded.

This hotel should not bear the name of Ramada very deceiving. I booked because of the name knowing it is usually good. Mini fridge was not working, in room phone didn’t work, no face clothes, asked for extra towels was told they couldn’t bring till morning then didn’t show up. Got an extra blanket which was wet so couldn’t use again no one working there so couldn’t replace. The pool looked dirty so we couldn’t use. The breakfast was sparse, the only thing you could count on being there was toast when there was other things there wasnt enough for the family to eat. Front counter staff told of the problems and he just looked at me and didn’t respond.

Carpet old and dirty, room cold and damp. Would not return

Room was clean but needed some TLC.

Pool was dirty with bugs in pool and dead bugs around pool. No towels in room. Not enough food for breakfast, coffe wasn’t made and tables were dirty

Staff were very nice and polite.

I was not impressed with the rooms they really need upgrade especially for the price you pay

Staff were very friendly, upgraded us to an executive room due to me having limit mobility and unable to go up to second floor room

The hotel/motel is in need of maintenance. The walls were half painted and painted over wallpaper. The room we were in had a hump in the floor making it a tripping hazard and the bed unlevel. The fire doors slammed closed, they did not full close. The carpets in the hallways and stairs were gross. Would not stay here again. We expected more from Ramada and the Wyndham group. The only good part was the front desk staff were very friendly.
