Cockroach in the bathroom.

I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. The building should be condemned. We had been driving all day and were in a pinch with few affordable options in the area. Not only was it wildly expensive for what it is— it was way worse than I even imagined a hotel could be. The images on Expedia are either old or photoshopped. Upon checking in the building is obviously in disrepair and crumbling. There were units with shattered windows. The indoor pool/lobby area is a Petri dish of mold and who knows what else. In the room, there was chewed gum stuck on the bathroom door frame, wads of hair all over the floors, what I imagine was blood stains on the bedding. The drop ceiling tiles in the bathroom were warped, moldy, and broken in various places to the point where there were holes in the ceiling. The floor was sticky, there were greasy hand prints on the surfaces. There were German cockroaches crawling around. Once I finally got home a roach fell out of my duffel bag. Front desk staff was friendly despite having to work in such heinous conditions.

Check in and check out was the worse experience I have ever had. The hotel itself looked like it was under remodel…. Keep anything of value with you at all times.

It has a wonderful pool and hot tub!

The hours for the pool are 9-9. We didn't get to swim much, and we were looking forward to it! I also left my brand new bath robe hanging on the back of the bathroom door and they couldn't return it.

My first room didn’t even have a light in the bathroom so we asked for a new room in that room. Didn’t even have an AC in it. The shower drain was clogged with hair from someone before this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Stains on the sheets, There’s a horrible stench walking down hallways carpets dirty in hallways everything‘s falling apart. The fact I had to pay a security deposit was a joke. This place was disgusting.

Dirty. Unsafe.
