Days Inn by Wyndham Lake Village

My daughter was bitten by bed bugs in room 119. Breakfast crackers and an apple. Disgraceful. Need to shut it down and remodel the whole hotel, and serve as they advertise they business to be or suffer lawsuits. I didn’t stay there but my children did. I stay at Harlow in Mississippi. There is no place to stay in Lakevillage, Arkansas hotels there needs remodeling all of them. The park is a little better but bac in a field. Ridiculous.

Serve better breakfast, people are paying for this or they stay. Serve your customers better than you do. Grocery Sullivan is across the street. No stale apples and old crackers disgraceful. How would you, them or they family members want to be treated. Do to others as you would want them to you.

Nothing really

It had mold in the bathroom the wall was coming off I was so tired when we checked in notice the bad smell right away tried to tell the front desk rang the bell three times no one would talk to me wrote on a piece of paper to check the rooms before you give someone a very bad moldy room. No coffee dead bugs and probably not worth my health.

location and sleeping arrangements were very good

There was no elevator and I’m disabled, wasn’t made aware that the facilities would not be able to accommodate in this way. Side entrance kept open til dark and was out of sight of front desk

It was quiet

Nothing other than it being the only hotel in town.

The in construction issue affected everything! The first room wasn't clean. No elevator and thawed waffles and no milk for breakfast but we were told we could go next door to McDonalds if we wanted more.

It was fine. The hotel is dated but ok.

Bed was comfortable

Foyer halls were dirty, needed a vacuum last week. Smells bad.

It was clean and not far from the venue
