Nice location that was accessible to everything

The worker that checked us in didn’t outline any of the information about the hotel as most of them do. We figured out the WiFi on our own but weren’t told when breakfast hours were, so we missed out. Breakfast was over at 9 am on the weekend. There was an old tissue stuck in the bottom of the tub in the room.. no telling how long it was there because we certainly were not going to touch it. They also really didn’t have a comforter but a thin sheet and me and my partner were struggling to make it enough between us

Never in my life have I seen clumps of hair under the shower like that. Disgusting. Not just a single strand - many of them. From the moment I entered the room, I could tell that cleanliness wasn’t their strong point, but since it was only for one night and we were really tired, we decided to just go to sleep and not make a fuss. As if that wasn’t enough, out of nowhere we noticed water leaking, though we couldn’t find the source - it just stopped on its own. To top it all off, the Wi-Fi is practically non-existent, which is super annoying. We’ve been traveling across the US for over a month now, and we still can’t understand how most hotels manage to have such high ratings.

Very clean and great staff

Good value, great location, check staff fine. But luggage was taken during check in …stolen.

The fact that I got robbed at it again, and I’ve been robbed hotels about five times this year and on one bus but I had to take because I was carjacked Sioux Falls. South Dakota was robbed there again too.
