Very good price in the central region.

No water facility & it was REEEEEAAALY HARD to find the location. You have to call the hotel owner who sent the reception guy to take you. I will give anyone a medal if they found it themselves, as you have to walk through small streets and turns to find the hotel, which is way inside.

the owners are super kind, the hotel is inside a small quiet street, room are nice and there is hot water. they also kept our stuff when we went to do the hike for 12 days

the house in the center of Katmandu but there are not so many noises..the owner is lovley are really kind. best price in Katmandu also!

Great location, friendly hosts, acceptable wi-fi, nice sized bed and most of all good value for your money.

Rooms could have been cleaner and beds were quite hard to sleep on.

the signage to find the hotel from the main streets leaves something to the imagination. I suggest trying to first arrive and find it during the day time because there is little light in the alleyways you need to take to get there.
