What I like about this place are the spacious rooms and the view of the water.

I have been coming to this place for about 4 years. It had always been a good place to stay. My last visit was not pleasant. The staff was rude and I felt I couldn't approach them. They are usually nice and pleasant but not this time around. Its a shame that my last stay was not a good experience. I was there a little early for my check in but was told to wait until check in time due to my room not being ready, which was fine but once I got into my room we found hair in the sofa and clothes in the drawer. We were not expecting that. Since we had already been waiting for 2 hours for check in we decided to just deal with it and not approach the front desk.

DIRTY ROOMS! This place does not clean there rooms well. We found dirty dishes with food still on them. The bathroom was nasty, mold and black spots. Also the noise level was very bad. There is a highway, train and planes all passing the hotel. The service was bad, they were rude to my wife and I asked for a Dolly which they only had 1. The amenities are not good, breakfast was bare minimum, snacks and drinks are way overpriced. The AC is really bad, it stops working. The value for this hotel is not worth it, it’s not worth it.

The breakfast was fine, however not as broad a choice as other extended stay hotels that offer breakfast.

More cooking equipment, i.e. toaster, blender, etc..

Please DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE!! When we first arrived we thought it was nice and didn’t think anything was wrong, although the room could’ve used A BETTER CLEAN! The first red flag, was YOUR ROOM ONLY GETS CLEANED ONCE A WEEK if you are staying long-term!! To me that is absolutely ridiculous! Not even a refresh service like trash pick ups, exchange towels or other appliances. I tried to look for a dumpster to just dump my own trash on the 5TH DAY when I realized they do not do a check up on at least the 3rd day, like I thought any normal hotel would, I work in a hotel and it was disheartening and disappointed to experience this service. Second, the guy at the front desk hates this job, which is very odd because you chose to work front desk in a hotel which you have to speak to guests and have hospitality. Apparently he only has hospitality towards certain races. Third, breakfast is from 6-9 but all the food isn’t out and ready until a little after 7. Lastly, im waiting for my room to be serviced so we go out for coffee and a walk to give the housekeeper time to clean our room since this is our second week and the first week we just exchanged towels and trash with the housekeeper. (Which I felt bad because I’ve only seen ONE HOUSEKEEPER and she is an elderly woman). But when we get back to our room after being out for for about 30-45 minutes, she hasn’t cleaned our room. We see her down the hallway and think okay she’s making her way down to our room (because today would be OUR DAY FOR SERVICE) after 30 minutes we check outside to see if she’s getting closer? No she’s not on this floor anymore. When we go downstairs to ask when are we getting serviced the lady at the front desk asks if we got our room cleaned last week? Like what does that have to do with our cleaning service TODAY?? It’s been a whole week. So does that mean since a housekeeper came last week we don’t get one today?? Outrageous and unacceptable! She then goes to say “they clean from 9-11 so I’ll ask if she can come to your room if she cant what do you prefer?” I’m absolutely livid because not once did someone come and knock on our door anytime between 9-11, and when we had left our room we left after 11 because we were waiting for her to come to our room. Overall just do not waste a single dime here! They do not care about the guests just the transaction !

The room was very cozy

Close to the airport, spacious and clean rooms, quiet area, free parking, very good breakfast. New and very well-kept property.
