"Disappointed"

The bed was comfortable, nice views.

The pool was dirty. There was only one elevator for the whole hotel, wait times were so long. Had to be jammed in with multiple other people. By far the biggest negative of the hotel; the staff! The lady at the check in was so rude, was snapping at a guest for asking the wifi password, check out was the same. Got in later in the evening and tried to go to the restaurant. The servers response to us asking what time the kitchen was open till was “why, what do you want”, not really the response you want when you are trying to find somewhere to eat with your family. The hotel is good for a mountain resort if it wasn’t for all the staff.

"Pleasant stay 😊"

The location was very good and the scenery was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice that there was a kitchenette and a little living area with a comfortable couch.

The room was a little dated and the bathroom fan was super loud. We had a corner room and the balcony was a bit tight.

"Time for a make over."

Following what I believe to be my sixth of seventh stay with the folks at Trickle Creek lodge as always an honest review is best to help them make my next stay a little better . Overall the service level was still top notch , the folks who work for Trickle Creek Lodge will not disappoint you. However the building is now every long in the tooth and upgrades need to happen yro the elevators, rooms the furniture is old and tired but clean , TV upgraded to at least 55” in the living room , bathroom room fans and toilet noise is over the top load. Carpeting is at its lifecycle end but clean , appliances are again tired but clean . Hotel amenities such as spa and pool are to small for the size of hotel the pub pricing for its food service was way higher than average. Overall still a great place to stay , just time for a make over “ senior ownership group”.

"GOOD ROOM BUT FACILITIES WERE CLOSED"

THE ROOM WAS FINE AND CLEAN. BED WAS COMFORTABLE

WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT OPEN SO HAD TO DRIVE BACK INTO TOWN FOR SOMETHING TO EAT. THEY HAD PHONED TO TELL US THAT THE POOL WAS CLOSED BUT NOTHING ABOUT THE RESTAURANT

"It was nice hopefully they will have a policy in placing keep either one or the other either $75 a night or 150 but not"

It was comfortable. It had a nice view but the room I stayed in the second night they charged me more for moore for the security deposit. Whatever the first night I paid 75 the next night it doubled to 150 so I don’t think it’s very fair business practices kind of shady.

I wasn’t happy with getting moved to a smaller room for a higher price and the deposit one night 75 for the nicer room and then the in my eyes less quality room they doubled the deposit and I told her I only paid 75 the night before she said no you didn’t. We can’t do that but obviously I had the receipt on my credit card. They did do it.
