Residence Inn Baton Rouge South

Upon arrival the room had a strong aroma of animal urine. There was human hair found throughout the room and the hot water did not work in one of the bathrooms. We reported the water issue and was told someone was coming and never did .

Room was clean and the basketball court was nice

It needs a little upgrading, but overall it's great!

Location

There was pink mold in the shower and plastic shower curtain was stained. There was trash under bed. I had to ask for dish detergent and soap bars

The location was safe and pretty secure

When we arrived and walked into the lobby, the marijuana smell was so strong it gave me a headache. The man working the desk was cordial.. upon entering our room, the tvs greetings were welcoming other people and had different room numbers. Our room was clean but not very well maintained. The curtains were ripped, the hvac sounded like a deep car exhaust, and the toilet wouldn't stop running.

It was good location.
