Property was in some disrepair, as might be expected with age. Room cleanliness was not great, coffee maker still had old coffee and filter left inside, bathroom floor had not been cleaned. Small things, like no hand soap for the sink, etc. Breakfast could use improvement, very basic for a hotel at this level. Otherwise good stay. Not a bad location when road work is completed.
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. If we could’ve lived there, we would!!

This was a really frustrating experience and I usually love Residence Inn. The deadbolt wouldn’t lock on my first room and when I went to change my room, the head of maintenance proceeded to mansplain deadbolts to me followed by a wink after receiving my new room number. *cringe* In my next room the fireplace would not turn off. It had been in the off position for over three hours and I wasn’t comfortable sleeping with a gas fireplace running so they switched me again. To the first floor which was loud and directly in the parking lot. It was a rough night. The next day their “hot” breakfast I think meant they only had a toaster. They had stale muffins, apples and one flavor of yogurt. I was thrilled to ha e my first weekend away since covid and left so disappointed
It was very pleasant. We felt very welcome. The breakfast lady was great and made great eggs. The bed could have been a little softer and pillows a bit firmer. Also some more hangers would have been nice to have some extras. 1
The room we reserved was sold out so we got an upgrade. Pet friendly hotel with convenient areas. It would be nice if more people picked up after their pets, but that's not the hotel's fault. It's right off the highway, close to lots, but tucked away from traffic. We would definitely stay here again.
