The toilet ran I had turned it off the shower. The bathtub had been repaired, but they didn’t finish the job. It was still gray. There is also toilet paper stuck in the floor of the tub unit. Unacceptable. Also, I had to complain about a barking dog that was on the first floor directly underneath our room. I called management and ultimately I was told that they really couldn’t do anything. And that I should not knock on their door asking them to quiet down. Unacceptable. They did not protect too bad that’s why you’re getting minimal scores. It’s a shame but people need to know. They are definitely on their own. I would’ve been better off to call the police department. You should reimburse me my fees because I didn’t get to sleep well all night because of that dog

It was surprisingly clean. I wasn't prepared for the cleanliness and "new-ness" of the room. AC blew cold which was such a relief in such a hot place. Very basic but very clean and bed was comfortable.
