Nothing it was disgusting and we did not stay

Garbage all over must be a low income rental property debri all over unsavory looking people

The entire second floor is used as a homeless shelter every night. The outside was strewn with garbage in the parking lot and personal belongings covered the grassy areas. 2 guys smoking and sitting in camp chairs greeted me as I walked under the covered entrance way. The counter girl was rude after I pointed out the conditions outdoors. She then informed me about the second floor usage. As I was leaving 2 car loads of homeless from the streets of Jamestown/Falconer NY were dropped off with their belongings. Disgusting place that should be accepting travelers.

Awful they need to advice that this hotel is a rooming house!

Guests were loud and invasive. Building & facilities were in bad repair.

Honestly just gross with a disgusted smell. I’m homeless and I don’t even wanna stay there. Just put that in perspective.

Dirty. Full of social services residents. It a welfare hotel. Kids running around the parking lot with parents drinking and smoking pot. An absolute disgrace
