The location and the price

The room had linoleum looking like pergo. It was lifting in many areas. The floor.was sticky. The bathroom had dried toilet paper stuck to the baseboard. The wall had some kind of droplets on it..Was it blood or coffee?.Anyone's guess. The TV was mounted crooked. The hallway floor was littered with garbage.

"Good value for the cost"

Room was clean however there was a slight odor of a dog being in my room. Other than that all was good.

Expected the pool to be open as advertised however it was not and I understand it is permanently closed. That was disappointing
