The location was good ,the beds were comfy

There was a smell that overpowered the whole lobby . Couldn't eat the breakfast because of the smell. Definitely would not stay there again

Chair in the room was extremely dirty. There was a grease stain on comforter.

If you have a choice between staying on a couch in a roach-infested apartment or staying at this hotel, pick the roach couch. Here's why. I made my reservations for this hotel well in advance. I have learned my lesson about booking through 3rd party sites. So, I booked directly on the Comfort Inn/Choice Hotels website. I read the fine print. (This will be important later.) I paid the stated amount and booked the reservation. Then I arrived. I was told that I would have to pay a "deposit" for being an out-of-town guest. Now, I travel a lot. I've heard of deposits for in-town guests. (This is primarily to keep HS and college kids from renting hotel rooms to throw parties.) I have never heard of such a deposit. I was very angry. I called Choice corporate. I was told that they couldn't do anything because it was owned by a franchisee. I pointed out that I booked through the Choice website and that nothing in my fine print said anything about a deposit. (Told you that would be important.) They were completely useless. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Old outdated room, due to age of room, it looked dingy and dirty

Very clean. Had everything I needed.

Shower need to be fix water not running properly
