Clean and helpful staff

this was the worse hotel i have ever stayed. there was no room service. not even to change towels. the toilets kept clogging, and the non-smoking rooms smelled like dog and cigarettes all other hotels were full so we had no choice but here. but I would not recommend this hotel to no one it was horrible . I WAS VERY DISAPPOINT. also the house keeper stole my phone and lied about even though it had a tracker on it as long as the manger was in the room the tracker so was the signal we had to call the police after flipping all the beds over with no luck it magically appeared in a pillowcase that had been shaken out already with no pillow in it

Everything seemed kinda run down, but it was cheap so what can I expect.

Our stay was good. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was a horrible scent in the room and duvet covers weren’t clean. I had to check out immediately. I stayed less than 15 minutes in the room. Front desk did offer new room but I opted to stay somewhere else.

The room was clean, the staff was nice and very accessible to the fort Leonard wood base. The also offer a small breakfast in the morning. The hotel also has ice machine, laundry, and vending machines. The pool was closed due to renovation. Overall, it was a nice place for a short trip.

For the most part it was clean enough on the surface, but needs a good deep clean & update.

We liked everything about our stay.

Check in and checkout went smoothly. Disappointed to find an overlooked piece of trash on the floor when first entering my room and grit/sand in my sheets upon getting in the bed. I requested additional towels and to have my sheets changed, but it never happened. Kind staff. It appears as the hotel may be under renovations, which is fine. Felt a bit unsafe going outside after dark, as there were sketchy people outside at all hours of the night talking loudly outside our windows-doubt they were hotel guests. I hate to give bad reviews as the staff were nice, but just know you get what you pay for.
