Checked in, very sketchy homeless people all around the property, overall very scary, and DEFINITELY not safe. I was traveling with my child and could not stay there. Took the keys back to the office and checked out, not even five minutes after checking in. Still shaking from the experience, and was still charged even though we did not stay there. This motel should not be advertised on Expedia.

"Motel 6 sucks in general "

The original room booked through the app wasn't available upon arrival. Also upon arrival, a guest was already occupying said room. Clerk then checked us into a different room with a different card.

Room was dirty and stunk. Door locking mechanism was loose from being broke in to at sometime. Clerk was not very customer oriented.

"Don't stay here, especially if you have kids"

When i drove up I saw dozens of homeless people, a vehicle on blocks inside the parking erea, people on drugs right next door, and when i got inside there were dirty dog prints on the bed sheets, bathroom light didnt work and one of the lights in the main light didn't work correctly. Also the key card had lipstick on it that they didnt bother taking off before they gave to me. Within 20 minutes of being there ilI ledt and went to a decent hotel.

This hotel was horrible. We checked in and staff was kind. We got to the room and it was messy, smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette hole burns on the sheet. We asked to move tk another room, staff moved us but yet again. Room was horrible and this rooms beds had pet hair on it. We told front desk we can’t stay here and was checked out and given a refund. Thank you to the front desk. However the cleaning staff just simply seemed to not care.

My room had no towels at all, no remote for the TV, the blankets had stains, the floor was dirty, and the light bulbs for the bedside lighting were missing lol. Perhaps I got a room that was in renovation or something, but that's what I got. Other than that, no issues at this motel.

I trusted this motel because Expedia was selling rooms for it. WE DID NOT ATAY IN THIS MOTEL! I’m not a picky traveler, but this was like a nightmare I kept expecting some reality “punked” TV show host to jump out and say it’s a joke. The absolute dirtiest, most run down, unmade beds with stained sheets as covers, cockroach in the tub, urine on the floor, nasty, likely bedbug-infested dump I’ve ever seen! And I tried two rooms! Expedia, I want a refund on that!

"Worst customer service."

I had a horrible experience, the check in process was a nightmare. The man at the front desk could not check me in because he wasn’t sure how. He said it’s harder to check in people who use a 3rd party. He was frustrated and said the card wouldn’t process and that I need to give him the card but what he failed to realize was it’s not the same card number. As I tried to help him he proceeded to tell me he didn’t care if I had experience working for a hotel chain. I asked to talk to the manager and he said “she can’t help you” she’s busy. I walked out and seen the manager.. She also ignored me at first but then said she would help in 15mins. As we were already a stay over. We waited, she never came, not until 3pm and she brought the police. The police were super nice we showed our ID and everything. Somehow our reservation was cancelled “accidentally”. We had to pay again. So we paid for the room twice. I never want to stay at the property again.
