Complimentary breakfast was what was expected. Disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance.

Vending machines were out of order so if you wanted a cold drink you needed to walk next door to the convenience store.

This hotel is a great choice for staying in the Concord area. I didn't want to mess around with downtown traffic so this was a great choice for me - easy in/easy out. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was so kind. My room was quiet and comfortable.

One improvement I would recommend to the hotel is that this room was advertised as accessible - but the king sized bed, while very comfortable, was a challenge for me (an able-bodied person) to get into because of it's height. I have a high bed at home so I'm used to getting into a higher bed but this was past my waistline when I stood next to it! To make the room truly accessible to everyone, you might consider lowering this bed.

Well my back windshield of my truck was smashed out. Camera i guess didnt catch anything but that makes no sense. And they kept saying that kinda stuff happens. No it doesn't! There are families that literally live there

The price but I guess you get what you pay for.

Asked to have my room cleaned the 1st day after I was told they only do every 3 days. And this was because the bathroom was disgusting when we moved in. Was not done. So asked manager the next day . He apologized and said I'll make sure it's done tomorrow. NOPE!! Asked the same night clerk the next day why it wasn't done and was told it would be done tomorrow-the 3rd day. Asked the manager why it hadn't been done after i had spoken to him and the night clerk and was told it would be done that day. (The 3rd day that they originally said was the norm unless otherwise requested. )Later that night the refrigerator leaked all over the floor and the milk products were chunky. The heat was on at a very high temperature and couldn't be changed. It was very uncomfortable. It snowed and we left our room at around 1030am and nothing was shoveled or plowed. My sister has MS and I don't think I need to say how dangerous this was for her. The last night we were moved to another room because I had had enough. The shower flooded the room after each of us took a shower. Again an accident waiting to happen for anyone let alone someone with a walking disability. There is probably more but I think I've gotten my point across. If a zero were available in the rating section they would have gotten zeros!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. Staff was great!

One of the beds was a bit noisy.

Location was good.

Pool is down for repair for a while. We weren’t notified beforehand. The pool is why we chose this hotel. Neighbors very noisy all night. No elevator.
