The staff was friendly and helpful.

The facility was a little ran down and I saw a roach. There was no breakfast because it is an extended stay hotel. I would not stay there again. My original reservation at another hotel was cancelled and there were no other rooms available in that area.

The hidden fee that caused me and my family to have to spend another night outside because they refused to refund my money.
