Rooms were not really clean

There was no water in our entire building for my entire stay. I had to go to a gas station if I wanted to use the restroom or elsewhere to take a shower. They didn't bother in accommodating for the loss of water in my room. Their stance was that "they don't know what's happening".
USI like the property due to being near the airforce base in lackland.
A lot of things i did not like about the property. -dirty -poor customer service -breakfast only waffles -no shampoo -one soap Etc

Wasn't to clean. Ac didn't work right. A lock was broken on the door and wifi wasn't there. And the safety feeling wasn't to good.
