We were on the 2nd floor and heard pipes clamoring loudly several times. Beds were way too firm and there needs to be more signage for pool hours.

Our room was by the laundry room so it was noisy all night. Pool area never had towels. Pool area needed to be cleaned

"Spring Break Mini trip"

My family and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. The room worked perfect for us. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The kitchen was great with everything we needed to make meals. Plenty of restaurants near by and easy access to Mall of America.
