Our room we were assigned had a beeping smoke alarm every 30 secs, no hot water and wasn’t comfortable. Spoke to front desk and after looking at other rooms the new room had everything we needed and was really lovely. The pool was great, bar situated in the middle of the foyer near the pool and the bar staff (Monica) especially was absolutely fantastic.

The breakfast was not up to scratch, not much choice and was disappointed with it.

Staff members were really kind, good customer service, the food and cocktails delicious. The room was clean in general but the bed needs to be clean, the duvet smell bad. It was a good experience.
