"Just plain rude"

The manager, Sal, was extremely rude and argued with a number of guests during our stay. The front desk worker, Conlan, told me his name was Collin so he would not be named right. They admitted they overbooked the hotel on number of occasions. Will never stay here again.

The pool and courtyard provided a good place for our group to relax with a wonderful restaurant across the street. Recent upgrades to the room was a nice improvement.
