Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel - Adults Only

The rooms were very clean and spacious, bathrooms were great, overall a great place to stay. Only negative was smoking everywhere.

We go to biloxi, ms from florida about six times a year. We usually stay at scarlet pearl and island view and always have a great time. Love both places but this time we decided since we like going to both we would stay a new place inbetween both. Treasure Bay called and got reservations for two nights. Got the email and it stated one night, called back and they said we have you down for two nights so I said please send me an email to that effect which they did. That was for Nov. 27 and 28th checking out on the 29th. On the 28th (Thanksgiving Day) our car was acting up (we did not want to call triple A on a holiday) so we went to the desk and ask if it was possible to extend our stay for another night and check out on the 30th. India was the young woman on the desk she asked another woman there (supervisor) and to shorten this she said yes but had to help India do the paperwork on the computer (India had no clue what to do ) they said they would need to take our keys and make us new keys which they did. On the 29th we decided we need to check on our car and was gone until 2:30 pm and when we got back our key would not work on our door but there was a maid there that said I was told you had checked out and I went in and saw all your stuff. We went down to the desk and India was there and we said our key does not work and the Manager said you are check out and we are booked. We said wait India knows we are extend for another day. She said No you are out and then went behind the wall and a security guard showed up and stated I am here to unlock your door and excort you out. We said India tell them you were here and she said uh oh I don't know if I remember but you have to go. The manager said so. So here we are two old people in their 80s have to leave immediately (no time to go on the internet and try to find another hotel) and drive 9 hours back to Florida. Oh and by the way we have approx. $300 worth of chips and coupons that we have to go to the cashier and checkin. because there is no way I will ever go back there. So I would never ever recommend this place again. Casinos have camera every where so they can prove we extended if the manager gave a damn.

I liked most everything except the food, just wasn't good, but was cold, no flavor.

Nice hotel! Our two-queen room was well kept and the bathtub was AWESOME! We enjoyed our 2-night stay and would DEFINITELY come back. Be careful in the casino, though. Slots aren't very loose.

Overall, a dingy and smelly facility. My room smelled of cigarette smoke and the rug in the room was filthy. No housekeeping over the two days I was there and the hot water in the bathroom was tepid at best. Treasure Bay is dark, dank and the gaming areas were nasty. Would not recommend.

Room was clean. But bed was very uncomfortable.

The property is as pictured so please don’t go by those. The property has different types of rooms to book, but that isn’t listed in booking. The rooms on the back of the property look as if you may rent them hourly. The type of atmosphere and environment the property promotes with these types of rooms made us feel so uncomfortable. People are able to come and go throughout the premises even onto the hotel floors. This casino felt as if I was staying in the ghetto without doors and windows.
