I absolutely loved my stay the only reason I’m giving it one star list and a perfect is because when you order the rooms online and you order a queen they apparently don’t have queens they have full queen which is really more of a full size other than that I entirely enjoyed my stay

We’ve stayed at the Treasure Bay several times. We aren’t gamblers but like the balcony feature if the gulf view rooms. Not a fan of the zero entry shower stalls however. Overall, the hotel is affordable, clean, and comfortable.

"zero maintenance response caused a terrible after experience."

We absolutely loved this place! We had a great time spent my 50th birthday and then returned 6 months later for my husbands 50th birthday. Upon return we were assigned a room and everything was great. During our last night the smoke detector started to beep periodically. We phoned the front desk 3 separate times to have the battery replaced. Finally, after no one showed up we had taken the alarm down. We did have to get some sleep. Checking out the next morning we forgot to replace the alarm. When we arrived home we had noticed they kept our 100.00 deposit. I have written several times as well as called the casino due to the fact the alarm was not serviced. We were charged 275.00 which they refuse to remove from my account. With 175.00 left to pay my account is frozen and we cannot enjoy this casino or hotel. My attempts to have this removed go nowhere. We would love to come enjoy the property again and would absolutely spend more than they are holding over our head.

Pool and free cabanas were great. Buffet was great. Casino had the worst smoking management out of 12 casinos I visited in Mississippi. Smoke was thick. They needed vents or something. None of the other casinos in Biloxi or other parts were this bad. Floors in the rooms were filthy. Hotels removed carpet and put in vinyl planks and stopped cleaning them.
